Eventuri Audi B9 S4 / S5 Black Carbon Intake System

The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the Audi B9 S4 and S5 was engineered to deliver measurable performance gains while maintaining low inlet air temperatures in a heat-sensitive engine bay. Rather than adopting an open cone layout which would increase airflow at the expense of thermal efficiency, Eventuri completely re-developed the intake tract from the turbo inlet to the front grille with a sealed carbon fiber system designed to optimize both flow and temperature control.

At the core of the system is the patented Eventuri carbon fiber Venturi housing which allows the airflow to transition smoothly from the filter to the turbo inlet. By eliminating the restrictive factory airbox and the convoluted plastic inlet pipe, and replacing them with a one-piece carbon Venturi housing and rigid intake tube, turbulence is reduced and airflow velocity is maintained as it enters the turbocharger. The result is improved throttle response, stronger mid-range performance, and consistent power delivery even in heat-soaked conditions.

The intake also features a carbon fiber front scoop and intake duct which channel ambient air directly into the sealed housing. This ensures the system benefits from a continuous supply of cold air while shielding it from engine bay heat. The combination of controlled airflow, thermal efficiency, and reduced restriction has produced independent performance gains of 13-17hp and 15-20ft-lb of torque, along with a verified reduction in 60-130mph acceleration times by 0.5 seconds.
