Initiate Your Request
Log in to your IND account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
