Karbonius E46 M3 Carbon Vented Fender Set
The Karbonius E46 M3 Carbon Vented Fender Set is a fast, effective way to shed weight while transforming the stance and aerodynamics of the E46 M3. Inspired by the Porsche 991 GT3 RS aesthetic, the vented design was a radical concept for a road car when introduced but pairs beautifully with any track-focused E46 M3 build.
Based on OEM M3 dimensions, the Karbonius fenders add 15 mm of width per side for additional tire clearance, with integrated carbon vented louvers that evacuate accumulated air from the wheel arch — reducing air pressure and increasing downforce at speed.
Each fender is manufactured from 100% prepreg carbon fiber, cured in mold and autoclave at Karbonius' facility in Spain, and individually numbered for authenticity. At only 980 grams per fender, the set delivers a combined 2 kg weight reduction over the factory steel fenders.
