Ohlins VW MK7 / MK8 Golf EDC Cancellation Kit

The Öhlins DCC Cancellation Kit for the Volkswagen Golf (MK7 and MK8) deactivates dashboard warning lights and error codes that appear when the factory electronically controlled suspension is replaced with an aftermarket mechanical system. The kit plugs directly into the original suspension harness connectors, requiring no wiring modifications, cutting, or vehicle coding.

Volkswagen Golf MK7 and MK8 models equipped with Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) continuously monitor the electronic dampers. When installing Öhlins Road & Track or other aftermarket mechanical suspension, the DCC system detects the absence of the original electronically adjustable dampers and triggers fault codes and warning indicators on the dashboard. This cancellation kit resolves those alerts while preserving normal operation of all other vehicle systems.
